Santa Ana, Calif. (October 7, 2025): Duplo USA Corporation, a leader in digital print finishing, is teaming up with top industry partners to demonstrate the impact of print embellishment at PRINTING United 2025 in Orlando. Visitors to the Duplo booth (#3921), along with select partner booths, will experience a range of enhanced sample applications that they can touch and feel.

Color-Logic & Unifoil / Greg Horn Collector’s Showcase
Duplo is proud to be part of this exclusive collaboration for Printing United. Collect these three stunning limited collector’s posters by renowned comic book artist Greg Horn. Each has been printed on premium Unifoil Ultralustre DI metallic stock using Color-Logic’s Image-FX technology on Sharp’s BP-1200S 6-color production system with white toner. This set has been enhanced with raised spot UV using the DuSense DDC-810 Pro.
A limited quantity of each poster will be available at the Duplo booth for attendees to collect. One design will be released per day. Additional applications – including table tent cards, door hangers, and packaging – produced with this partner duo will also be featured at the show.
Ultimate Tech / Packaging with Cold Foil
A 4-up B2 packaging application prepared with Ultimate Impostrip®. This prepress solution bridges digital presses with finishing devices by automatically applying imposition, barcodes, and registration marks. See this job produced live with the DuSense DDC-8000 B2 Raised Spot UV Coater and DSM-1000 B2 Platen Die Cutter, enhanced with cold foil and spot UV accents.
Neenah Paper / Sleeking on Uncoated Paper
Duplo has also partnered with Neenah Paper to showcase sleeking technology using Classic Crest® Digital Cover. A calendar will be sleeked with toner foil during the show using the DFL-700 and DFL-200 foil solutions.
Xerox / Business Cards with Fifth Color and Spot UV
Printed on the Xerox® Iridesse® Production Press with fluorescent pink and gold dry inks, these cards feature matte lamination using the DFL-700 Foil/Laminator and raised spot UV using the DDC-810 Pro.
GWF Foils / Trading Cards
Trading cards are another sample application that will be demonstrated with the DFL-700 Foil/Laminator. These cards will be enhanced with transparent holographic foil from Great Western Foils. See the DFL-700 in action as it transfers foil onto CMYK images without any dies.
Duplo Solutions in Partner Booths
In addition, attendees will find Duplo equipment across the show floor at Printing United 2025. The DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter will be featured in the Canon booth (#2642). The DDC-810 Raised Spot UV Coater will be showcased in the Sharp booth (#4242). The DC-618 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser, DFL-700 Foil/Laminator, and DFL-200 Xpress Foil will be running live in the ACCO booth.
