Featuring smart technology and automated feeding, the DPC-600 PKG Digital Die Cutter produces custom boxes, pocket folders, and POP retail displays in shorter runs. It comes standard with a number of tools designed to process various types of substrates and thicknesses. The press cut tool performs precise cutting on media up to 3 mm thick. Cut intricate shapes on paper and PET plastics with the active knife or drag knife. Score fold lines on packaging using the scoring wheel. Use the optional oscillating knife to pulsate through corrugated, chip boards, and foam boards up to 6 mm thick.

The DPC-600 PKG Digital Die Cutter from Duplo USA cuts, scores, and perforates a wide range of substrates, including B2 formats, without physical dies required. It’s a user-friendly solution for producing a one-off sample to a short-run job.
No Dies Required
The triple tooling head follows the lines sketched on the cut file to finish into any shape desired. Large media up to 23″ x 29.5″ is held in place on the flatbed through a suction zone as the tooling head moves through the sheet.

The DPC-600 PKG comes included with press cut, active, and drag knives. It also comes with scoring wheels to process a variety of media and thicknesses. The oscillating knife is an available option. Up to 4 tools can be added. The press cut tool is ideal for more precise cutting of substrates up to 3 mm. Cut intricate shapes on paper and PET plastics with the active knife or drag knife. Deep Pile Feeding
Offering a high stack capacity of 8”, the DPC-600 PKG offers increased productivity with its ability to process longer job lengths and feed thicker boards automatically. The two-belt suction feeder comes equipped with fans and air blowers to aid in separation. It feeds both coated and uncoated stock as well as non-paper substrates up to 3.6 mm thick.
The deep pile feeder handles Short Edge Feed (SEF) and Long Edge Feed (LEF) with equal ease. It pre-loads each sheet on stand-by to deliver multiple sheets on the flatbed.
