The DC-ST100 In-line Stacker sets a new benchmark for continuous, high-capacity stacking in digital finishing. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the Duplo DC-648, DC-746, and DC-746 B2 Slitter/ Cutter/Creaser, it enables print shop operators to handle large volumes with less intervention – delivering greater productivity and efficiency.
The DC-ST100 is designed to collect and organize high volumes of finished flat pieces such as business cards, postcards, and tickets. Unlike standard delivery systems that require frequent stops for unloading, the DC-ST100 allows operators to “unload on the run.” Retrieve completed stacks while the system continues operating, reducing downtime and maximizing throughput. The DC-ST100 delivers up to six times the stacking capacity, allowing operators to accumulate thousands of pieces before unloading, making it perfect for high production environments.
The DC-ST100 features fully programmable batch separation. Changeovers can be triggered through the PC Controller or via a 2D barcode scanner (optional), allowing the system to automatically adjust for new layouts or job sizes.
