Its ability to eliminate touchpoints and reduce make-ready times ensures faster turnarounds. With PC Controller software, you can easily program jobs with up to 10 slits, 30 cuts, and 20 creases. The software also features a job template library with common applications, ensuring your job margins and gutters are set correctly every time.
The system can read barcodes and registration marks through a built-in CCD scanner. It allows for quick job changeovers and adjustments for any shrinkage or image shifts during production.
No More Toner Cracking
Equipped with rotary slitters, a guillotine cutter, and a depth-adjustable creaser, the DC-746 eliminates the need for multiple devices. Creasing prior to folding is crucial for digital prints like greeting cards and brochures to prevent toner cracking and unattractive fold lines. The DC-746 uses male and female matrix channels to create precise creases that prevent toner cracking and enhance fold quality.
