The fully automated DC-646 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser is Duplo’s mid-range solution. With its ability to slit/cut/crease, perforate, and fold digitally-printed applications in one pass, the DC-646 delivers professionally-finished jobs up to 30 sheets per minute. Cut job costs by doing away with time-consuming set ups and make-ready times. Finish jobs in quick turnarounds. Incredibly efficient and easy to use, the DC-646 produces a wide range of full-bleed applications from 24-up business cards to invitations and tickets on demand.

The DC-646 is just a great workhorse and it will actually do a lot of work for you. With our typical guillotine press it was just not efficient to cut out business cards especially on small orders when you’re getting 500 and 1,000. It just almost doesn’t make sense at all to run that on a regular cutting machine.
